NCD such as obesity, diabetes, CHD & cancer has been a major national burden.We have associates working closely with Institute of Public Health (IKU) in survey projects on morbidity & mortality such as incidence of high cholesterol using the Cadiochek PA.
Our associates are exploring optimised patient data management system for better screening & monitoring such as wireless connectivity & communication between diagnostic instruments & computing hardware.As such research has been initiated to collect local data on obese females & effectiveness on wireless monitoring applicances on weight management programmes
TSHK is advising the associates on research project design,collaboration with technology providers and grant & funding applications.
